Federica Certa is a professional with experience in public relations, hospitality, administration and operational coordination.
A graduate in Cultural Heritage, she has developed a strong sensitivity towards communication, organisation and attention to detail over the years, combining precision, empathy and relational skills.
Her professional journey began in direct contact with people, working in sales at a Sky stand inside a shopping centre, an experience that allowed her to sharpen her listening, communication clarity and client management skills.
She later worked in museum security, administration and as an assistant manager, building cross-functional skills spanning operational management, organisational support and user experience.
Today, as CCO · Customer Experience at Hash42 Labs, she helps make the relationship between people, clients and digital products more seamless, bringing to the team a vision centred on hospitality, service quality and simplicity of the final experience.
